The Family Series Winemaker’s Blend 2020 has a nose that is delicate with subtle aromas of apple, pear, naartjie, white flowers & pecan nuts. The palate is layered, textured, and complex with a fine-lined acidity running through it.
Winemaker’s Comments
Inspired by wines that possess both complexity and delicacy, the aim was to produce a wine featuring all the white varieties of Saxenburg that would be both thought-provoking and engaging. In my mind, the key to this was creating a wine of extraordinary balance.
