Vinification Details:	Hand-picked and carefully destemmed, the grapes were partially crushed and underwent a cold soak for three days. Fermentation was conducted at cooler temperatures (18–23°C) with gentle pump-overs to retain bright fruit flavours. The wine was pressed early to preserve its freshness and fruit-forward characteristics.
