1995 Private Collection Shiraz
The wine has maintained its colour beautifully. The nose is intense, almost pungent, with aromas of plums, dried lavender, strawberry and cured meat. The tannins are still grippy and offering plenty of interest, while there is quite a unique salty liquorice finish.
2000 Private Collection Shiraz
From a warm, generous vintage, this wine has incredible fruit density. Loads of pepper and spice can be found on the nose, beautifully supported by stewed red fruit. The tannins are fine, mouth-coating and supportive of the wonderful structure.
2006 Private Collection Shiraz
An intense nose of ripe, dark berries underpinned by notes of spice, plums and fresh leather. The palate is approachable, soft and delicious.
2008 Private Collection Shiraz
This was a relatively cool, wet vintage which is evident in the elegance of this wine. Wonderfully perfumed, the nose shows white pepper, blueberries and a hint of liqourice leading to a beautifully textured palate.
2012 Private Collection Shiraz
Ripe and intense in style. The nose shows red currant, cured meat and vanilla pod. On the palate you will find a hint of sweetness integrated with smooth tannins, the use of both American and French oak barrels shining through.
