This wine has an incredible density to it, and the tannins are beautifully integrated and provide a lovely grip. Decant and allow at least 30 minutes before tasting for this wine to come into its own.

Tasting Note

| Vinification Details: | Harvested at physiological ripeness, then destemmed and fermented in open-top tanks. Thorough temperature control and 3 punch downs and pump-overs daily ensured a soft extraction. Pressed of the skins early, to prevent bitterness. Oak maturation: A combination of 2nd and 3rd fill, 300L, French oak barrels. 12 months with no racking or fining. |
